Objective To investigate the appropriate fasting time after general anesthesia in children with throat and promote the recovery after operation. Methods Totally 102 children undergoing general anesthesia (3-14 years) undergoing elective throat anesthesia were randomly divided into observation group (n = 53) and control group (n = 49). The observation group in children with conscious awareness and swallowing functional recovery under the premise of 2h after the start of eating, drink a small amount of cold water first, aspiration without error can be into the cream or liquid cream; control group according to conventional care, that is, children sober 6h after anesthesia Start eating.
