在进一步加大改革开放力度、又好又快大力发展社会主义市场经济的今天,逐步对国有企业进行现代企业制度改革,以建立适应社会主义市场经济要求,国有企业在新形势下进入一个新的阶段——国企改制。改制后的企业遗留的历史问题和实际困难,往往涉及面广、事情繁杂,工作难度大,职工思想变动大。这给企业负责开展思想政治工作的政工人员提出了许多新的问题并且必须面临新的挑战。国有企业改制后如何发挥作用,是企业政工人员所面临的一个新的课题。

The historical problems and actual difficulties left behind by the post-reforming enterprises often involve a wide range of issues, complicated matters, great difficulty in work and great changes in the thinking of staff and workers. This poses many new problems to the enterprise’s political workers in charge of ideological and political work and must face new challenges. How to play a role in the reform of state-owned enterprises is a new issue for enterprise workers.
