Medical expenses and doctor’s income are issues of great concern to the public. However, these issues have been cast on a layer of ignorance, prejudice and misrepresentation. Therefore, people must be willing to accept all efforts to solve these problems. Dickinson et al. boldly proposed some exploratory suggestions for the economics of modern physicians. Because the author frankly admits that he is almost ignorant of the realities of the practicing physicians, they have adopted a variety of pseudo-clinic managements that simulate individuals and joint ventures. The model is quite simple, assuming that the costs are “fixed” in the sense that the relative change in workload is minimal, but the doctors are involved in providing a comfortable life.
