本世纪60年代以来,Overberser等把存在于酶中的催化基团引入聚合物中,合成了一系列类酶聚合物催化剂。氨基酸是酶分子中的重要组成部分,它们分子中所含的氨基、羧基等均可络合金属离子形成催化剂的活性中心,氨基酸残基又可造成不同的配位环境,因此,用氨基酸作侧链合成类金属酶高分子催化剂有可能提高催化活性和选择性。
Since the 1960s, Overberser et al. Introduced catalytic groups present in the enzyme into the polymer to synthesize a series of enzyme-like polymer catalysts. Amino acids are important components of enzyme molecules. The amino groups and carboxyl groups contained in these molecules all can form metal ions to form the active center of the catalyst. Amino acid residues can also cause different coordination environments. Therefore, Chain synthesis of metalloenzyme polymer catalysts may increase the catalytic activity and selectivity.
