农业生产技术体系是各种农业技术为实现一定生产目标,按照内在规律相互联系形成特定结构和功能的技术系统。各技术因素在实现自身功能的同时,可以发挥出单项技术所没有的整体效应。组建农业生产技术体系的主要理论基础有:主导技术决定论,生产要素替代选择论,发展目标约束选择理论。
