设计了一种新型内置夹具,该夹具以CATIA为设计平台,可以实现不同车型的白车身总成焊接。新型内置夹具主要包括主框架、单气缸定位平移-夹紧机构、连杆翻转+单气缸双夹紧机构、双导柱气缸夹紧机构、滑移机构及其他部件。该新型内置夹具可以从空中进入白车身内部对白车身进行定位夹紧,使外部空间全部让出,便于机器人自动焊接,提高了生产效率,提升了我国自主发展焊装核心技术的能力。
A new type of built-in fixture was designed. The fixture uses CATIA as the design platform, which can realize the white body assembly welding of different models. The new built-in fixtures mainly include the main frame, single-cylinder positioning and translation-clamping mechanism, connecting rod flip + single-cylinder double clamping mechanism, double guide cylinder clamping mechanism, sliding mechanism and other components. The new built-in fixture can enter the white body from the air inside the white body positioning and clamping of the body to allow all of the external space to facilitate automated robot welding, improve production efficiency and enhance our ability to independently develop the core technology of welding.
