在贯彻《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的过程中,高校体育教学改革应针对存在的对健康教育的认识有所偏颇、忽视学生的主体地位与创新能力等问题,坚持正确的指导思想,培养学生的终身体育意识和科学的健身方法,改革考核评价方式,加强教师队伍自身建设。
In the process of carrying out the “Teaching Guidance Outline for Physical Education Curriculum in Colleges and Universities in China”, the reform of physical education in colleges and universities should be based on the existing biased understanding of health education, neglect of the subject status and innovation ability of students, uphold the correct guiding ideology , Cultivate students’ lifelong sports awareness and scientific fitness methods, reform the assessment and evaluation methods, and strengthen the self-construction of teachers.
