This article examines the LDH and its isozyme activity of glycolysis to determine and assess the hypoxic state of some respiratory diseases in children. As we all know, lung tissue contains a large number of LDH isoenzyme LDH_2 and LDH_3. In hypoxia and aggravating hypoxic respiratory disease, studying erythrocyte LDH isoenzymes helps to understand erythrocyte metabolic disorders and to assess red cell kinetic changes in tissue hypoxia.
