通过对于TIG焊快速制造金属体缺陷特点的分析,提出了缺陷的两种熔焊补偿方法,并建立了缺陷补偿所需焊丝量的数学模型和计算公式。通过实验证明,对金属体每层缺陷的补偿,使得金属体内部气孔明显减少,金属体变形被有效抑制。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of rapid metal body defects produced by TIG welding, two welding compensation methods for defects were proposed, and the mathematical models and formulas for the amount of welding wire required for defect compensation were established. Experiments show that compensation for each layer of metal defects, making the pores significantly reduced the metal body, metal body deformation is effectively suppressed.
