为了解蜡样芽胞杆菌在食堂空气中的分布,防止食品受其污染,预防食物中毒,我们于1986年8月对驻沈3个单位的食堂空气进行了蜡样芽胞杆菌的检测,现报告如下。分离培养 1、采样采用沉降法。将盛有甘露醇卵黄多粘菌素琼脂的平皿置于存放熟食品的位置,暴露30分钟。 2、生化反应分离株进行各项生化试验,其结果:有动力,能液化明胶,卵黄反应及酪蛋白分解阳性,发酵葡萄糖、蔗糖,不发酵乳糖、木糖及甘露醇。 3、血清学分型对生化符合的7株用兰州生物制品研究所生产的蜡祥芽胞杆菌诊断血清进行血清学分型。其结果:定型4株(1型1株,12型2株,22型1株)未定型3株(见表1)。

The results showed that there was motivation to liquefy gelatin, yolk reaction and positive casein decomposition, fermentation of glucose, sucrose, unfermented lactose, xylose and mannitol. 3, serological classification of biochemical consistent with 7 strains of Lanzhou Institute of Biological Products produced by the diagnosis of Bacillus waxnsis serum serological typing. As a result, 4 strains (1 strain of type 1, 2 strains of type 12, and 1 strain of type 22) were confirmed as unconfined type 3 (see Table 1).
