目的:测定中药材中8种有害元素的含量。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法和原子荧光光度法分析40批中药材中8种有害元素。结果:8种元素在40批中药材中分布较广。结论:该法为评价中药材中有害元素及制定质量标准提供了科学的参考依据。
Objective: To determine the content of 8 kinds of harmful elements in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Eight kinds of harmful elements in 40 batches of Chinese herbs were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results: Eight kinds of elements are widely distributed in 40 batches of Chinese herbal medicines. Conclusion: The method provides a scientific reference for the evaluation of harmful elements in Chinese herbal medicines and the establishment of quality standards.
