煤矿的提煤主斜井,一般都是双箕斗并列交替提升,且二者间距都很小。由于井筒轨道有的高低不平、左右弯曲,再加上道基不实、轨道磨损严重等原因,所以容易发生箕斗掉道相撞事故。这是一种危害程度很大的事故。它不仅严重影响全矿正常生产,而且相撞时要产生猛烈的冲击力,对箕斗本身、联接装置、钢丝绳以及绞车各个部件,都有严重的危害,还可能造成断绳跑车等恶性事故。 为了解决这一问题,石矻节煤矿研制成功了斜井箕斗掉道防撞报警装置。该装置的安装与接线示意如图1、图2所示。

In order to solve this problem, Shijie Festival coal mine successfully developed inclined shaft skip anti-collision alarm device.
