目的 :从体育教育专业教育实习的实际出发,旨在总结前人研究的基础上,结合学科现有的评价体系,构建着眼于学生的可持续发展的评价指标体系。为实习生及指导教师的指导提供目标导向,进一步完善体育学院体育教育专业教育实习评价体系。方法 :运用文献资料法、问卷调查法(特尔菲法)、层次分析法、数理统计法等研究方法构建体育教育专业教育实习成绩评价指标体系。结果 :体育教育专业教育实习评价指标体系由6项一级指标和25项二级指标构成;运用层次分析法最后得出一级指标的权重值分别是:教学能力0.34,行为表率0.25,进实习基地前准备0.18,实习文件0.12,课外体育指导能力0.07和科研能力0.04,并且各项指标均通过一致性检验,根据各指标的权重值最终构建了体育教育专业教育实习成绩评价指标体系表。
Objective: Based on the actual practice of physical education major in education, this paper aims to summarize the previous studies and build an evaluation index system that focuses on the sustainable development of students by combining with the existing evaluation system. Provide guidance for the guidance of intern and instructors, and further improve the evaluation system of PE practice education in PE institute. Methods: Using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey (Delphi method), analytic hierarchy process (AHP), mathematical statistics and other research methods, the evaluation index system of education practice scores of physical education major was constructed. Results: The evaluation index system of education practice in physical education consists of 6 first-level indicators and 25 second-level indicators. Using AHP, we conclude that the weight of first-level indicators are: teaching ability 0.34, behavioral rate 0.25, Base preparation 0.18, internship document 0.12, extracurricular sports instructional ability 0.07 and scientific research ability 0.04, and all the indexes passed the consistency test. According to the weight of each index, the evaluation index system of PE practice education achievement was finally constructed.
