一、概况全岩掘进机在施工过程中,由于破岩、卸料、运输、转载以及支护钻孔,使岩尘飞扬,巷道的粉尘从每立方米空气中几十毫克、几百毫克乃至几千毫克,成了矿井灾害主要害源之一。根据国内资料统计,煤矿尘肺的结核发病率约在10~30%,严重的粉尘超限量还可能导致其它公害与不测事故的发生。针对产尘的因素和尘源状况,过去主要采用以下一些防治措施: (1).选择合理的刀具参数; (2).采用喷雾洒水; (3) 选用高效的除尘装置; (4).刀盘后增设夹层档板; (5).组织巷道气流。通过以上措施,虽然粉尘有所下降,但剩余的粉尘浓度很难达到《工业企业安全和卫生规范》的要求,经实测粉尘的峰值依旧超过允许浓度的几倍或几十倍。因此,加速研制一种高效除尘装置及方法,使巷道空气中的含尘浓度接近或达到
