对于矿物组成复杂的矿石,用磁性铁占有率法〈MFe/TFe〉代替传统的氧化度法,实践证明,这一方法,不论对矿床评价,矿石类型划分及选矿工艺指标的考核均取得了较好的效果。 采用磁性铁占有率法时,要求有一个相适应的测定磁性铁的分析方法。现虽已有磁选仪问世,但价格昂贵,操作不便,难于在生产单位应用。为了适应生产的需要,在没有磁选仪器的条件下,我们试制成简易磁性铁测试仪,几年来已在生产上测定了上万个数据,质量符合要求。
