目的观察胸膜腔内注入重组人白介素-2和重组人五型腺病毒治疗肺癌并发恶性胸腔积液(MPE)的疗效和安全性。方法选择南充市第二中医医院2008-2010年确诊肺癌并发MPE 9例,引流尽胸水后第1天胸膜腔内注入白介素-2 200万U,重组人五型腺病毒1.5×1012VP;第4天注入白介素-2 200万U,重组人五型腺病毒1.0×1012VP。4周后评价疗效。结果白介素-2联合重组人五型腺病毒治疗肺癌并发MPE的有效率为88.9%,患者生活质量明显提高。结论白介素-2联合重组人五型腺病毒是治疗肺癌并发MPE的有效方法。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of intrapleural injection of recombinant human interleukin-2 and recombinant human five adenovirus in the treatment of lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural effusion (MPE). Methods The second Chinese medicine hospital of Nanchong City in 2008-2010 was diagnosed as MPE in 9 cases. After drainage of pleural effusion, interleukin-22 million U was injected into the pleural cavity on day 1, and 1.5 × 1012VP recombinant adenovirus.5. Into interleukin -2 200 million U, recombinant human type five adenovirus 1.0 × 1012VP. After 4 weeks to evaluate the efficacy. Results The effective rate of interleukin-2 combined with recombinant human type five adenovirus in the treatment of lung cancer complicated by MPE was 88.9%, and the quality of life of patients was significantly improved. Conclusions Interleukin-2 combined with recombinant human type five adenovirus is an effective method for treating MPE in lung cancer.
