本文报告18例经手术和病理证实的四肢软组织肿瘤双功高频超声及介入性检查的结果,描述所见肿瘤的高频声像图及血流频谱。本组超声诊断符合率为72.2%(13/18);良、恶性鉴别诊断率为95%(17/18)。介入性检查7例,定性诊断率为85.5%(6/7)。双功高频超声与介入性检查结合诊断率为95%(17/18)。结果表明:双功高频超声能够检出并诊断1cm的腘窝囊肿及小于2cm的动、静脉瘤;但对实质性肿瘤难以确定组织学类型,需配合超声引导下穿刺细胞学检查进行。
This article reports the results of dual-function high-frequency ultrasound and interventional examination of 18 cases of soft tissue tumors of the limbs confirmed by surgery and pathology, and describes the high-frequency sonogram and blood flow spectrum of the tumors seen. The coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis in this group was 72.2% (13/18); the differential diagnosis rate between benign and malignant was 95% (17/18). Interventional examination in 7 cases, the qualitative diagnostic rate was 85.5% (6/7). The diagnostic rate of dual-purpose high-frequency ultrasound combined with interventional examination was 95% (17/18). The results showed that dual-function high-frequency ultrasound can detect and diagnose 1cm popliteal cysts and arterial and venous tumors smaller than 2cm. However, it is difficult to determine the histological type of solid tumors, and ultrasound-guided puncture cytological examination is needed.
