本文介绍上海新华气焊工具厂利用单片微机控制高温钼丝炉的经验。文章介绍的控制系统采用了Bang-Bang控制与PID控制相结合的方法,可以实现全功率升温。整个控制系统硬件成本只五~六百元左右。该系统自1985年研制成功后,至今已正常运行一年多。本文是采用电子技术改造企业老设备的一个尝试,对有关部门有参考价值。
