采用问卷调查法,以779名汉区高校少数民族大学生为研究对象,考察了汉区高校少数民族大学生压力、应对方式、文化智力和学校适应变量,探讨了汉区高校少数民族大学生压力、应对方式、文化智力和学校适应之间的关系,发现:(1)汉区高校少数民族大学生压力影响学校适应;(2)应对方式部分中介了汉区高校少数民族大学生压力与学校适应间的关系;(3)文化智力调节了汉区高校少数民族大学生压力通过应对方式影响学校适应这一中介过程的前半路径和直接路径。最后得出汉区高校少数民族大学生压力对其学校适应的影响是有调节的中介效应结论,讨论了应对方式的中介效应和文化智力的调节效应问题。
By means of questionnaire survey, taking 779 minority college students in Han district as study objects, this paper examines the pressure, coping style, cultural intelligence and school adaptation variables of minority college students in Han district of Han nationality and probes into the pressure and coping style of minority college students in Han district. , Cultural intelligence and school adaptation, and found that: (1) ethnic minority college students in Han district have a negative impact on school adaptation; (2) part of the coping style has mediated the relationship between minority college students’ stress and school adaptation in Han district; 3) Cultural intelligence adjusts the first half and the direct path that the undergraduates of ethnic minority in Han nationality colleges and universities under pressure through coping styles affect the school to adapt to this intermediary process. At last, it comes to the conclusion that the influence of ethnic minority college students in Han nationality colleges and universities on their school adaptability is a mediated intermediary effect. The mediating effect of coping style and the regulating effect of cultural intelligence are discussed.
