目的 探讨 β-受体激动剂对咽鼓管表面活性物质分泌的影响 ,为气压损伤性中耳炎、分泌性中耳炎的防治提供理论依据。 方法 应用高效液相色谱法 (HPL C)和分光光度测定法 ,定量分析和比较了 β-受体激动剂注射前后豚鼠咽鼓管表面活性物质中磷脂各组分和蛋白含量的变化。 结果 与注射前比较 ,注射后每份 2只咽鼓管中主要的磷脂有效成分 ,包括磷脂酰胆碱 (PC)、磷脂酰丝氨酸 (PS)、磷脂酰乙醇胺 (PE)及水溶性蛋白的含量增多 ,差异有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 β-受体激动剂对咽鼓管表面活性物质的磷脂和蛋白分泌起促进作用
Objective To investigate the effects of β-agonists on the secretion of surfactant in the eustachian tube and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of airborne otitis media and secretory otitis media.
