水泥厂大多是大型设备,每台设备的价值都在万元以上,有的甚至在上百万元。这些大型设备往往只是在某一部位上出现磨损而会导至整机报废。例如,浙江省湖州水泥厂有一台捷克进口的回转窑,设备价值一百多万元,由于该设备中的大减速器年久失修,再加上工作环境较差,使齿轮轴轴颈均有不同程度的磨损,不但影响生产,而且造成很大的经济损失。开始我们想用国内减速器配件,但因其规格不同而不能相配。如果采用捷克进口备件,一时也很难解决。为此,我们对所有磨损件决定采用电刷镀工艺修复。
