目的通过开展临床用药查房谈药师参与临床用药的体会。方法通过药师深入临床进行用药查房,对临床抗菌药使用情况进行综合分析评价,找出抗菌药应用不合理的原因。结果临床不合理应用抗菌药现象减少。结论开展临床用药查房是药师参与临床用药的方法之一,需要得到临床的配合与信任。
Objective To carry out the clinical drug rounds of pharmacists to participate in clinical experience. Methods By pharmacists in-depth clinical ward rounds of clinical antibacterial use of a comprehensive analysis and evaluation to find out the reasons for the irrational use of antibacterial drugs. The results of clinical irrational use of antimicrobial drugs reduced. Conclusion It is one of the ways for pharmacists to participate in the clinical medication to carry out clinical drug aolysis, which requires clinical cooperation and trust.
