目的比较纤维桩树脂核与金属铸造桩核修复前牙缺损的临床效果。方法临床分别选择90颗前牙患者,年龄19~62岁,已经过完善的根管治疗,分别采用纤维桩树脂核与金属铸造桩核材料制作烤瓷桩冠修复,6个月~3年后对修复效果进行临床对比评价。结果经过6个月~3年的随访观察,结合临床检查和X线检查,纤维桩树脂核组90颗患牙修复体良好,无松动,无折裂,烤瓷冠边缘密合。金属铸造桩核组2颗患牙根折,2颗患牙桩核松动脱落,10颗患牙龈缘出现灰色素沉着,其余78颗患牙修复良好。结论使用纤维桩树脂核可以达到满意的修复效果,较金属铸造桩核更适于前牙缺损的修复。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of fiber post resin core and metal cast post to repair anterior defect. Methods A total of 90 anterior teeth patients aged 19-62 years old were enrolled in this study. They have undergone perfecting root canal treatment and were respectively treated with fiber post and core metal for post-mortem crown restoration. After 6 months to 3 years The clinical evaluation of the repair effect. Results After 6 months to 3 years of follow-up observation, combined with clinical examination and X-ray examination, 90 implants with fiber-post resin core group had good prosthesis, no looseness and no fracture. The metal cast post-core group had 2 root fractures, 2 implants detached, 10 pigmented gingival margin, and the remaining 78 implants were well repaired. Conclusions The use of fiber post resin core can achieve satisfactory rehabilitative effect, which is more suitable for the repair of anterior defect than metal postal core.
