目的探讨新生儿窒息程度与肾功能损害的相关性。方法选择100例新生儿窒息患儿为观察对象,其中重度组50例,轻度组50例,同时选取50例正常新生儿作为对照组,对比分析三组新生儿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿微量白蛋白(Alb)、血清肌酐(Cr)和血清尿素氮(BUN)等临床指标,以及重度窒息新生儿出生不同时间临床指标情况。结果三组新生儿临床指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且重度窒息新生儿出生后不同时间临床指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论β2-MG、Alb、Cr和BUN等是新生儿窒息患者肾功能损害症状的主要评定指标,能够直接反应患者的肾功能损害水平,所以临床应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the correlation between neonatal asphyxia and renal dysfunction. Methods 100 neonates with asphyxia were selected as observation objects, including 50 cases in severe group and 50 cases in mild group. Fifty normal newborns were selected as control group. The levels of β2-microglobulin (β2- MG, Alb, serum creatinine and serum BUN, as well as clinical indexes of newborns with severe asphyxia at different time of birth. Results There were significant differences in the clinical indexes between the three groups (P <0.05). There was significant difference in the clinical indexes between the newborns with severe asphyxia at different time points after birth (P <0.05). Conclusion β2-MG, Alb, Cr and BUN are the main evaluation indexes of renal dysfunction in neonates with asphyxia, which can directly reflect the level of renal dysfunction in patients with asphyxia, so the clinical value is higher.
