目的研究面部急性期激素依赖性皮炎使用中西医结合三联疗法治疗产生的临床效果.方法于本院筛选出60例面部急性期激素依赖性皮炎患者,时间选为2018年7月至2019年7月.使用抽签法进行分组,实验组与参照组各30例,实施复方甘草酸苷片口服、吡美莫司乳膏外用治疗为参照组,在参照组基础上给予凉血五花汤加减治疗为实验组,疗程为4周.分析两组采取不同方式治疗的临床疗效.结果对两组治疗前后中医证候积分进行分析,治疗前两组无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后,实验组低于参照组(P<0.05);分析两组总有效率,实
