将PLC控制技术引入到耐火钢的热轧过程中,并进行了热轧耐火钢的显微组织、力学性能和高温抗氧化性能的测试与对比分析。结果表明:热轧过程采用PLC控制技术与未采用PLC相比,可使热轧耐火钢的晶粒细化,力学性能、高温抗氧化性能、耐火性能和抗震性能得到改善,其Re,600℃与Re,室温的比值从0.73增大至0.83,屈强比从0.76减小至0.74,600℃冲击吸收功增大129.41%,600℃×100 h高温氧化后的质量增重率减小10.25%。
The PLC control technology was introduced into the hot-rolling process of the refractory steel, and the microstructure, mechanical properties and oxidation resistance of the hot-rolled refractory steel were tested and compared. The results show that the use of PLC control technology in hot rolling process can improve the grain refinement, mechanical properties, high temperature oxidation resistance, fire resistance and seismic performance of hot rolled refractory steel compared with the unused PLC.
