相对于徒手练习,“手指型”划手掌辅助练习对于提高运动员200米自由泳成绩有明显作用,并有利于提高运动员的划水效率和划手频率。带划手掌辅助练习已成为众多教练员尤其是业余训练的常用的练习手段之一。目前采用的主要为普通型(全手掌类型)和“手指型”(半手掌类型)两种,本文主要针对后者的训练作用进行分析。通过训练实践中仔细观察可以发现,当运动员带划手掌游进时,无论是在技术上的表现,还是游进速度等各方面的表现,与不带划手掌时的情况有所不同。运动员带划手掌练习时手掌无法直接感觉到水的反作用力,相反徒手练习手掌可以感受到水流对手掌的作用;普通型划手掌在训练
Relative to the freehand practice, the “finger type” palm-assist practice has a significant effect on improving the freestyle performance of the 200-meter athletes, and is beneficial to improve the paddling efficiency and scribing frequency of an athlete. Hand-assisted exercises with zoned palm has become one of the most commonly practiced means of many coaches, especially amateur training.
