微型泵由于尺寸小,通常存在效率偏低的问题。该文针对常用于微型泵的半开式叶轮,探讨叶片倾斜对微型泵性能的影响。在实验中使用了两个外径36mm、具有相同叶片翼型的半开式离心叶轮,在转速11000r.min-1(对应Re=3.72×105)下测试了叶轮的水力性能。对两个叶轮都进行了数值模拟。与实验结果相比,数值计算结果很好地预测了最优效率点附近的泵性能。结果表明:微型叶轮的叶片朝压力面方向倾斜适当的角度可以提高微型泵的水力性能;叶片倾斜抑制了压力面附近的二次流动,有助于改善微型泵的水力性能。
Due to the small size of the miniature pump, there is usually a problem of low efficiency. This paper focuses on the semi-open impeller commonly used in micro-pump, and discusses the influence of blade tilt on the performance of micro-pump. In the experiment, two half-open centrifugal impellers with outer diameter 36 mm and same blade airfoil were used to test the hydraulic performance of the impeller at 11000 r.min-1 (corresponding Re = 3.72 × 105). Both impellers were numerically simulated. Compared with the experimental results, numerical results well predict the pump performance near the optimal efficiency point. The results show that the tilting of the impeller blade toward the pressure surface can improve the hydraulic performance of the micropump. The blade inclination restrains the secondary flow near the pressure surface and helps to improve the hydraulic performance of the micropump.
