我院自１９９２～１９９７年共收治经脑ＣＴ证实的５４例无肢体瘫痪脑出血病例，现对其临床特点及早期的诊断作一探讨。１ 临床资料本组病例中男３２例，女２２例，年龄２８～７４岁，平均５５－２岁。动态起病４１例，静态起病１３例。发病至入院时间：＜１天９例，２～３天
Our hospital from 1992 to 1997 were treated by brain CT confirmed 54 cases without limb paralysis cerebral hemorrhage cases, now its clinical features and early diagnosis to make a discussion. 1 Clinical data The group of patients 32 cases were male and female 22 cases, aged 28 to 74 years, mean 55-2 years. 41 cases of dynamic onset, 13 cases of static onset.
