本文对一台单级直线型大功率脉管制冷机在8()K温区进行优化研究。该制冷机由一台10kW线性压缩机驱动,采用小长径比的回热器。本文采用不锈钢丝网和具有更高热导率的紫铜及黄铜丝网混合填充增加径向导热,以降低温度不均匀性带来的损失。通过调整不同的复合填料组合,大幅减少了由环流造成的损失,该制冷机的最低制冷温度由54 K降至47.5 K。同时通过对充气压力和工作频率的优化,在8.9 kW输入功率下,该制冷机在71K可提供298W制冷量。
In this paper, a single-stage linear high-power pulse tube refrigerator in 8 () K temperature optimization. The refrigerator is powered by a 10kW linear compressor with a small aspect ratio regenerator. In this paper, stainless steel wire mesh and copper and brass wire mesh with higher thermal conductivity are used to increase the radial thermal conductivity so as to reduce the loss caused by the temperature non-uniformity. By adjusting the different composite filler combinations, drastically reduces the losses caused by the circulation, the minimum cooling temperature of the refrigerator from 54 K down to 47.5 K. At the same time through the optimization of inflation pressure and operating frequency, the cooler provides 298W of cooling capacity at 71K at 8.9 kW input power.
