目的了解重庆市嫖娼者艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为,探索对该人群实施行为干预的模式。方法对重庆市10家医疗机构性病门诊就诊的嫖娼者进行问卷调查,同时采集血液标本进行HIV,梅毒感染状况检测。结果 HIV抗体检出率为1.36%,TPPA阳性检出率为12.26%;514名调查对象艾滋病知识回答正确率相对较低,知晓率为34.63%,51.82%最近1次与暗娼发生性行为时未使用安全套;41.62%近1年有过临时性伴,其中的62.53%与其最近1次发生性行为时未使用安全套。单因素分析结果显示,艾滋病知识知晓率与被调查者的年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、是否存在歧视态度、最近1次与暗娼发生性行为时使用安全套有关。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,持不歧视态度、文化程度越高者,其艾滋病知识知晓率就越高;与暗娼最近1次性关系时使用安全套者,其知晓率高。结论有必要充分利用性病门诊的有利环境,对该人群开展艾滋病防治行为干预。
Objective To understand AIDS related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of prostitutes in Chongqing and to explore patterns of behavioral intervention in this population. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the clients who visit STD clinics in 10 medical institutions in Chongqing. Blood samples were also collected for the detection of HIV and syphilis infection. Results The positive rate of HIV antibody was 1.36% and the positive rate of TPPA was 12.26%. The correct answer rate of HIV / AIDS knowledge among 514 respondents was relatively low, with the awareness rate of 34.63% and 51.82%, respectively. 41.62% had temporary partners in the past year, and 62.53% of them did not use condoms when they had the last sexual activity. Univariate analysis showed that awareness of HIV / AIDS and the age, education level and marital status of the respondents were discriminatory and the most recent one was related to the use of condoms in sex workers. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that people with a non-discriminatory attitude and a higher education level had a higher awareness of HIV / AIDS and those who used condom when they had sex with sex workers recently. Conclusion It is necessary to make full use of the favorable environment of STD clinics to carry out AIDS prevention and treatment intervention in this population.
