随着时代的发展和十八大中不断深化改革的提出,新形势下把握好党组织建设和管理方向显得尤为重要。社会形势的不断发展和变化,对党组织的建设和管理有着积极的一面,同时也存在着冲击的一面。从积极一面看,能促进党建工作的观念转变,推动自身改革,加速党建工作尽快适应社会发展进程,同时也为党建工作带来新的变化。从冲击的一面看,组织结构的变化必然带来活动内容和形式的变化,组织机构的调整,人员也随之变化。这往往会造成一些不利影响,企业的行政干部与党务干部收入的差距和影响,使党组织工作的开展处于薄弱的状态。党建工作必须改革传统工作模式,认清形势,处理好党建工作与党组织内部各方面工作的关系,把握党建工作的主动权。
With the development of the times and the proposal of deepening the reform in the 18th CPC National Congress, it is particularly important to grasp well the direction of party organization construction and management in the new situation. The continuous development and changes of the social situation have a positive side in the construction and management of the party organizations, and at the same time they also have an impact side. On the positive side, it can promote the transformation of the party’s concept of work, promote its own reform, speed up the work of party building as soon as possible to adapt to the social development process, and at the same time bring new changes to party building. From the impact side, changes in organizational structure will inevitably bring about changes in the content and form of activities, organizational restructuring, and personnel changes. This will often result in some unfavorable effects. The disparity and influence of the revenue of the administrative cadres and party cadres in enterprises will weaken the work of the party organizations. Party building must reform its traditional work model, recognize the situation, handle the relationship between the party building and all aspects of the work within the party organization, and take the initiative in party building work.
