目的:了解山东省手术室护士职业生涯管理现状,并对其影响因素进行分析。方法:于2019年2月,以便利抽样方法选取山东省1 418名手术室护士为研究对象,采用《一般资料调查表》《护士职业生涯管理问卷》《护士职业生涯规划问卷》对其一般情况以及职业生涯管理和规划现状进行调查,分析可能的影响因素。结果:手术室护士职业生涯管理得分为(48.24±11.12)分,四个维度得分由高到低依次为注重培训[(12.64±2.54)分]、晋升公平[(12.11±3.04)分]、提供职业信息[(12.10±3.21)分]、促进职业发展[(11.39±3.46)分]。手术室护士职业生涯规划得分为(43.33±9.00)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,职业生涯规划得分(n β=0.742,n P<0.001)、所在医院级别(n β=-0.068,n P<0.001)、年龄(n β=-0.065,n P<0.001)是护士职业生涯管理得分的影响因素,可解释职业生涯管理57.1%的变异量(n F=630.596,n P<0.001)。n 结论:手术室护士职业生涯管理现状处于中等水平,各维度得分不均衡;职业生涯规划得分、所在医院级别、年龄等因素影响手术室护士职业生涯管理得分。“,”Objective:To investigate the status quo of operating room nurse career management in Shandong Province, and to analysis its influencing factors.Methods:In February 2019, 1418 operating room nurses in Shandong province were selected to investigate their general situation and current status of career management and analyze possible influencing factors by using the General Information Questionnaire, the Career Management Questionnaire for Nurses and the Career Planning Questionnaire for Nurses.Results:The total score of organizational career management scale was (48.24±11.12) points, with the score of dimension from high to low as valueing training (12.64±2.54) points, justice in promotion (12.11±3.04) points, providing career information (12.10±3.21) points, promotion in career self-development (11.39±3.46) points. The total score of organizational career planning scale was (43.33±9.00) points. Multiple liner regression analysis showed that career planning (n β=0.742, n P<0.001) , hospital grade (n β=-0.068, n P<0.001) and age (n β=-0.065, n P<0.001) were influencing factors of operating room nurse career management which could explained 57.1% of the variation (n F=630.596, n P<0.001) .n Conclusion:Career management of operating room nurse is at a medium level, the scores of different dimensions are not balanced.Career planning score, hospital level, age and other factors affect the career management score of operating room nurses.
