采用防己黄芪汤胶囊配合复方降压素治疗高血压左心室肥厚30例,并设复方降压素治疗30例作对照。超声心动图(UCG)测定LVDd(左室舒张期内径)、IVST(室间隔厚度)、LVPWT(左室后壁厚度)。结果:治疗组显效19例,有效6例,无效5例,总有效率为83.33%,左心室心肌重量指数(LVMI)下降,与治疗前比较P<0.05;对照组显效2例,有效2例,无效26例,总有效率为13.33%。两组总有效率比较差异显著(P<0.05)。
Thirty patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy were treated with Fang Ji Huang Qi Tang capsule and compound antihypertensive drugs, and 30 cases of compound antihypertensin were taken as control. Echocardiography (UCG) was used to measure LVDd, IVST (interventricular septum thickness) and LVPWT (left ventricular posterior wall thickness). Results: In the treatment group, 19 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 83.33%, the LVMI decreased, P <0.05 compared with that before treatment; 2 cases in the control group and 2 cases in effect , Ineffective in 26 cases, the total effective rate was 13.33%. The total effective rate was significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05).
