解放后的第一个夏收季节来到了!从夏收到秋收,这是继春耕插秧之后的又一个紧张农忙时节。夏收的胜利与否,将直接关系着全省千余万军民战胜灾荒与今冬明春的粮食供应问题,也将直接关系着今年征收公粮任务的能否如期完满完成。同时,广大人民是在迫切的要求着共产党、人民政府与人民解放军去领导及帮助他们进行胜利的夏收工作。因此,从现在开始,各级党、政、军机关、部队及广大的农村干部,必须立即集中力量领导群众投入夏收运动中去。
