目的:探讨胚胎与成人三叉神经节细胞的形态学特征。方法:采用常规HE染色,运用电子显微超微结构技术及特殊染色,对比观察二者的形态学特征。结果:胚胎与成人三叉神经节细胞大体分布及形态一致,与胚胎三叉神经节细胞相比,成人最突出的特点是节细胞大,核仁清晰,居中。电镜下节细胞的细胞器较丰富,发育完善。且成人三叉神经节神细胞明暗区别明显。结论:三叉神经节细胞结构与功能完善是在成年之后,成人三叉神经节细胞存在明暗两类细胞。
Objective: To investigate the morphological characteristics of embryonic and adult trigeminal ganglion cells. Methods: The conventional HE staining, the use of electron microscopy ultrastructural techniques and special staining, comparative observation of the morphological characteristics. Results: The embryonic and adult trigeminal ganglion cells were generally distributed and in the same morphous. Compared with the trigeminal ganglion cells, the most prominent feature of adult human was the large ganglion cells, clear nucleoli and centrality. Electron microscope cell organelles richer, well-developed. And adult trigeminal ganglion cells obvious difference between light and dark. Conclusion: The structure and function of trigeminal ganglion cells are improved after adult. There are two types of light and dark cells in adult trigeminal ganglion cells.
