如今,随着经济全球化的发展,我国政府加大了招商引资方面的投入力度,鼓励外资企业在我国各地投资建厂,建办合资企业。而中日合资企业由于中国与日本两国所存在的文化背景差异、企业发展战略差异等问题,所以导致合资企业在培训管理方面也与普通的独资企业有所不同,不但有正面的影响,同时也有负面影响。本文主要是对中日企业之间的差异及原因进行详细研究,分析了这些差异对于合资公司管理培训方面的影响,以此来提出改进完善措施。
Nowadays, with the development of economic globalization, our government has stepped up investment in attracting foreign investment and encouraged foreign-funded enterprises to invest in factories and establish joint ventures in various parts of China. Sino-Japanese joint ventures, as a result of differences in cultural backgrounds and differences in corporate development strategies between China and Japan, have also led to the fact that joint ventures are also different in training management from ordinary wholly-owned enterprises, which not only have a positive impact, There are also negative effects. This paper mainly studies the differences and causes between Chinese and Japanese enterprises in detail, analyzes the influence of these differences on the management training of joint-venture companies, and proposes measures to improve and perfect them.
