浙江是梅(Prunus mume Sieb,et Zuce.)的主要产区。梅果实除少量鲜食外,多作为食品原料。梅产区除用嫁接繁殖优良品种外,很多地方长期来仍沿用实生繁殖。梅为异花授粉植物,由于母树在遗传上杂合程度较大,在自然传粉的条件下花粉来源复杂,因此实生繁殖的植株,在单株间必然会出现多种多样的变异和分离。有关梅的遗传变异尚未见报道。本文拟就梅在自然实生繁殖条件下经济性状和植物学性状的遗传变异作一粗浅分析以探讨梅的遗传变异规律。
Zhejiang is the main producing area of Prunus mume Sieb, et Zuce. In addition to a small amount of plum fruit fresh, mostly as food ingredients. In addition to grafting plum yield areas with excellent varieties, many places still use the long-term reproduction. As a cross-pollination of plants, because of the genetic heterozygosity of the parent tree, the pollen source is complex under the condition of natural pollination. Therefore, the multiply mutation and separation of the plants that are born multiply will inevitably occur among the plants. There is no report about the genetic variation of plum. In this paper, we will make a crude analysis of the genetic variation of economic traits and botanical traits of plum under natural reproductive conditions to explore the law of genetic variation of plum.
