目的高血压的发病率很高,在我国由高血压引起的并发症也很多,为了使人类能拥有高品质的生活和满足对健康体能的需求,如何使患者正确地了解高血压的危害,如何使高血压得到有效的控制,最大限度的预防和避免高血压带来的危害,并得到有效地治疗。方法将天津市第三中心医院分院心内科临床70例高血压不稳定心绞痛患者分为两组,治疗组30例,对照组40例。治疗组给予丹参多酚200 mg联合硝酸甘油5 mg静脉点滴,口服常规降压药,对照组给予丹参多酚200 mg静脉点滴,口服常规降压药,观察心电图在输液过程中的变化和发生不稳定心绞痛的发病频率是否减少,不适症状是否得到改善,两周后观察结果。结果治疗组要比对照组效果显著,硝酸甘油不但改善心肌缺血引起的不稳定心绞痛,还起到了降压的辅助治疗作用,同时精心的护理指导是患者康复的关键。结论通过丹参多酚与硝酸甘油联合应用对治疗不稳定心绞痛和高血压效果明显。

Methods Seventy patients with hypertension and unstable angina pectoris in Department of Cardiology, Third Central Hospital of Tianjin were divided into two groups: treatment group (30 cases) and control group (40 cases). The treatment group was given Salvia polyphenols 200 mg combined with nitroglycerin 5 mg intravenously, conventional oral antihypertensive drugs, the control group was given Salvia 200 mg intravenous drip, oral administration of conventional antihypertensive drugs, ECG changes in the infusion process and the occurrence of non-occurrence Whether the incidence of stable angina decreased, whether the symptoms improved, two weeks after the observation. Results The treatment group was more effective than the control group. Nitroglycerin not only improved unstable angina caused by myocardial ischemia, but also played the role of antihypertensive adjuvant therapy. At the same time, meticulous nursing guidance was the key to the rehabilitation of patients. Conclusion The combination of salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenol and nitroglycerin has obvious effect on the treatment of unstable angina pectoris and hypertension.
