The patient was 79 years old and was diagnosed as a non-Hodgkin malignant lymphoma by lymph node biopsy in 1984 because of multiple superficial lymph node enlargement. From 1984 to 1988, there were 9 courses of chemotherapy for COP regimen (total dose was VCR 43mg, CTX 330 0 0mg).
