采用X射线衍射法(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了LY12铝合金微弧氧化(MAO)陶瓷膜的相组成及形貌特征。结果表明,铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜主要由α-Al2O3,α-Al2O3相组成,氧化膜具有表面层、致密层、界面层3层结构。微弧大小一般为微米数量级,微弧区Al2O3处于熔融状态。
The phase composition and morphology of MAO ceramic film of LY12 aluminum alloy were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the micro-arc oxidation ceramic coating mainly consists of α-Al2O3 and α-Al2O3 phases. The oxide coating has three layers of surface layer, dense layer and interfacial layer. Micro-arc size is generally on the order of microns, micro-arc zone Al2O3 in a molten state.
