目的了解和掌握服务行业重点人群HBsAg携带情况,指导行业卫生法规的实施与监督。方法2008年对上海市闵行区饮食服务从业者29832人抽取静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测HBsAg、HBeAg。结果HBsAg的阳性率为4.58%,HBsAg的阳性率高峰出现在30~39岁和40~49岁,分别为5.51%和5.46%,各年龄组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男性为5.25%、女性为3.97%(P<0.01);HBsAg携带者15.80%伴有HBeAg阳性,且随年龄的增大呈下降趋势(P<0.01),20~29岁及20岁以下分别为18.25%和51.96%,其余年龄组均低于10.00%;男性为16.58%、女性为14.86%(P>0.05)。结论闵行区饮食服务人员HBsAg阳性率低于上海市人群的平均水平,有年龄、性别差异;HBeAg阳性率与年龄呈反比,无性别差异;29岁以下人员是行业卫生监督监测的重点人群。
Objective To understand and master the HBsAg carriers of key population in the service industry and guide the implementation and supervision of health laws and regulations in the industry. Methods In 2008, venous blood was collected from 29832 people serving in catering service in Minhang District, Shanghai. The HBsAg and HBeAg were detected by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The positive rate of HBsAg was 4.58%. The positive rate of HBsAg was between 30-39 and 40-49 years old, accounting for 5.51% and 5.46%, respectively. There was significant difference among all age groups (P <0.01). (P <0.01); HBeAg carriers were 15.80% with HBeAg positive, and decreased with age (P <0.01), while those aged 20-29 and 20 years were 18.25% and 51.96% respectively. The remaining age groups were less than 10.00%, 16.58% for males and 14.86% for females (P> 0.05). Conclusions The positive rate of HBsAg in foodservice workers in Minhang District is lower than the average of Shanghai population, with age and gender differences. The positive rate of HBeAg is inversely proportional to age, and there is no gender difference. People under 29 years of age are the key population in the supervision and monitoring of industry hygiene.
