本文在HIT─1型三轴仿真转台研制的基础上,探讨了各种三轴仿真转台的总体布局型式、驱动元件种类和控制方案等总体设计方面的问题。从分析飞行仿真转台的4大技术指标──高频响、超低速、宽调速、高精度入手,分析了执行元件、机械台体、液压系统、控制技术等方面对上述指标的影响和解决措施,进而分析出研制仿真转台的关键技术。
Based on the development of HIT-1 three-axis simulation turntable, this paper discusses the overall design problems of the overall layout type, the types of driving elements and control schemes of the three-axis simulation turntable. From the analysis of four technical indicators of flight simulation turntable ─ ─ high-frequency response, ultra-low speed, wide speed and high accuracy, the paper analyzes the influence of the components, the mechanical table, the hydraulic system and the control technology on the above indexes Measures, and then analyze the key technologies for the development of simulation turntable.
