本文选取30Cr2Ni4MoV低压转子钢作为研究对象,利用光学显微镜对其非平衡组织重新加热到Ac1~Ac3+70℃温度区间的奥氏体晶核形成及长大过程进行了观察和分析。结果表明,在Ac1~Ac3+70℃的低温侧形成的奥氏体晶核以针状为主;中温区针状和球状两种奥氏体晶核并存;高温侧形成的奥氏体晶核以球状为主;奥氏体晶核在长大过程中,不仅针状奥氏体具有组织遗传效应,而且球状奥氏体在一定条件下也具有粗大组织遗传现象。
In this paper, 30Cr2Ni4MoV low-voltage rotor steel was selected as the research object, and the formation and growth of austenite nucleus with its non-equilibrium structure reheated to Ac1-Ac3 + 70 ℃ were observed and analyzed by optical microscope. The results show that the austenite nuclei formed on the low temperature side of Ac1 ~ Ac3 + 70 ℃ are acicular; the acicular and spherical austenite nuclei coexist in the medium temperature region; the austenite nuclei formed on the high temperature side Mainly spherical; austenite nuclei grow up in the process, not only acicular austenite tissue genetic effects, and spherical austenite under certain conditions also have coarse tissue genetic phenomenon.
