目的：探讨APACHEII评分在ICU护理绩效考核中的综合运用效果。方法：选取我院2014年3月至2015年3月期间的120名ICU患者，其中观察组62例，对照组58例。对对照组采用特级护理以及病种类别进行常规护理，对观察组采用APACHEII评分评估患者的病机，并进行护理的细化，比较两组患者以及家属对护理工作的满意度。结果：综合两组患者的整体情况，观察组护理质量比对照组的护理质量明显要高，观察组家属及家人对护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组（p＜0.05)。结论：通过采用APACHEII评分在ICU护理中的综合运用，可以有效的提升护理的质量，提高护理的满意度。
Objective: To explore the comprehensive effect of APACHEII score in ICU nursing performance evaluation. Methods: 120 ICU patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected, including 62 cases in the observation group and 58 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with super care and the type of disease routine care, the observation group using the APACHEII score to assess the patient's pathogenesis, and nursing care to refine, compare the two groups of patients and their dependents satisfaction with nursing. Results: Based on the overall situation of the two groups, the quality of nursing care in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The satisfaction of nursing staff in the observation group and their family members was significantly higher than that of the control group (p <0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive application of APACHEII score in ICU nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing care and improve nursing satisfaction.
