在原有建筑物附近,新建房屋或地下构筑物,当要求挖掘深沟或深基础时常采用打护坡钢桩,以避免原有建筑基础产生影响使用的偏移或下沉。当开挖地区有地下水时,视地基情况,还应采用降水措施。根据原有建筑物的重要程度,可采取下述几种护坡钢桩的方案:一、悬臂式钢桩二、有锚着桩的钢桩三、桩板式钢桩几种方案经过计算认为方案三费用最省,但其刚度及整体性不如方案一及方案二。方案一、方案二所需要费用较高,但从旧基础不致产生较大的偏移及下沉的观点出发,以方案二最佳,方案一次之,方案三更次之。
In the vicinity of the original building, new houses or underground structures shall be constructed. When digging deep trenches or deep foundations are required, slope-protected steel piles are often used to avoid deviations or sinking of existing building foundations. When there is groundwater in the excavated area, precipitation measures should be adopted depending on the foundation conditions. According to the importance of the original building, the following types of slope-protecting steel piles can be adopted: 1. Cantilevered steel piles 2. Steel piles with anchored piles 3. Piled plate steel piles The cost is the least, but its stiffness and integrity are inferior to those of Option One and Option Two. The cost of Option 1 and Option 2 is relatively high. However, from the point of view that the old foundation will not cause large deviations and sinks, Option 2 is the best solution, and Option 3 is the second, and Option 3 is the second.
