目的 :通过对 Nd:YAG激光治疗小儿血管瘤的疗效观察 ,评价其在小儿血管瘤治疗中的作用。方法 :分别采用光凝法、光纤插入法和翻瓣光凝法 ,利用 Nd:YAG激光的热作用使血管瘤组织破坏而消除。结果 :3次共治愈 1 61例 ( 96.99% ) ,显效 3例 ( 1 .81 % ) ,好转 2例 ( 1 .2 0 % ) ,无效 0例 ( 0 .0 0 % )。其中单纯性血管瘤组的一次性治愈率明显高于海绵状血管瘤组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,也高于混合性血管瘤组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :Nd:YAG激光是治疗小儿血管瘤 ,尤其是单纯性血管瘤的有效方法之一
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Nd: YAG laser in the treatment of infantile hemangiomas by observing the therapeutic effect of Nd: YAG laser on infantile hemangiomas. Methods: Photocoagulation, optical fiber insertion and flap photocoagulation were used respectively to destroy the hemangioma tissue by the thermal effect of Nd: YAG laser. Results: A total of 121 cases were cured (96.99%) three times, markedly effective in 3 cases (1.81%), improvement in 2 cases (1.2%) and invalid in 0 cases (0.00%). Among them, the one-time curative rate of simple hemangioma group was significantly higher than that of cavernous hemangioma group (P <0.01) and also higher than that of mixed hemangioma group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nd: YAG laser is an effective method for the treatment of hemangiomas in children, especially simple hemangiomas
