就双铸型离心铸管机的铸型类型、转速及涂料层厚度变化,对球铁管外表面质量的影响情况进行了试验研究。从分析铸管外表面缺陷的形貌特征和形成机理中,找到了铸型转速和涂料层厚度与铸造缺陷的内在联系。研究结果表明,提高铸型转速是减少乃至消除铸管表面凹陷的有效手段;涂料层厚度是影响铸管外表面质量的重要因素。
The effects of casting type, rotating speed and thickness of coating layer on the quality of the outer surface of ductile iron pipe were experimentally studied. From analyzing the morphological features and forming mechanism of the outer surface defects of the cast pipe, the inner relations between the rotational speed of the casting mold and the thickness of the coating layer and the casting defects were found out. The results show that increasing the rotational speed of the mold is an effective way to reduce or even eliminate the surface depression of the cast pipe. The thickness of the coating is an important factor that affects the quality of the outer surface of the cast pipe.
