胎儿因发育上的缺陷致婴儿出现各种畸形,已屡见报道,但婴儿双胎联体单腔畸形者则较少见。现就我院遇到的1例报告如下。朱××,女,21岁,第一胎,住院号379。患者因妊娠9个月,腹部阵痛1天于1981年10月23日入院。末次月经1981年2月12日。妊娠反应重,停经5个月时自感胎动,伴气急心跳,不能平卧。既往有“关节炎”、“心衰”病史。否认近亲联姻史。治疗经过:入院时胎心140次/分,宫口开大1.5cm,胎膜未破。入院后3小时40分宫口开大到8cm,先露S+2,因患者曾有“心衰”,现心率加快,为了缩短产程而行人工破膜,30分钟后宫口开全,即作会阴侧切加胎头吸引,儿头以左枕前位
