在世界环境问题日益严峻的情况下,低碳经济的概念日益深入人心,随着中关木质林产品贸易规模的不断扩大,木质林产品的碳排放问题逐渐受到各国的关注。本文首先分析了世界和中美两国木质林产品的贸易现状,然后从隐舍碳的角度,运用投入产出法估算出近10年来中美两国木质林产品贸易中的隐含碳排放量,最后运用对数平均迪氏指数法对木质林产品贸易碳排放的影响因素进行了分解分析。经过对比发现,中美木质林产品贸易存在的隐含碳排放主要是由于贸易结构不合理,生产技术不高,减排力度不均衡,缺乏国际合作等问题导致,针对以上问题,本文提出了调整进出口结构,积极推进节能减排发展,加强国际合作等政策建议。
With the increasingly serious environmental problems in the world, the concept of a low-carbon economy has become increasingly popular with the people. With the continuous expansion of the trade volume of wood-based products, the issue of carbon emissions from wood-based forest products has drawn the attention of all countries. This paper first analyzes the current status of the world’s trade in wood-based forest products with China and the United States, and then uses the input-output method to estimate the hidden carbon emissions from the trade of wood products between China and the United States over the past 10 years Finally, the logarithmic mean Dys index was used to analyze the influencing factors of carbon emissions from the trade of wood products. After comparison, it is found that the hidden carbon emissions of the Sino-US wood-based forest products trade are mainly due to the problems of unreasonable trade structure, low production technology, unbalanced emission reduction and lack of international cooperation. In view of the above problems, Import and export structure, actively promote the development of energy-saving emission reduction, strengthen international cooperation and other policy recommendations.
